BAO Formation is a training organization specialized in the creation of pedagogical engineering in the building trades, safety on the construction site as well as in sectors in tension with little or no training offer (renewable energy sector in particular).

This pedagogical engineering is deployed via a teaching method based on gestures, allowing us to address our training programs to job seekers with few prerequisites.
