Environmental issues are at the heart of our society’s concerns. The progressive replacement of fossil fuels leads us to review our models and our consumption patterns. BAO Formation wishes to accompany this movement by participating in the professionalization of the actors of the concerned sectors. Through our actions we train the professionals of today and tomorrow in the fields of building insulation and renewable energies (solar thermal, photovoltaic, heat pump).
Training in photovoltaic panels
Since 2018, BAO Formation, in association with the companies DualSun and Engie My Power, has developed training courses for the installation of photovoltaic panels: Poseurs d’Avenir. These training courses, co-constructed with companies, aim to support the development of the solar sector through the professionalization of future installation technicians.
Training courses in professional thermal insulation
Always in collaboration with companies, in order to be as close as possible to the needs of the market, we have developed, with OMNIUM Façade, a training course in Exterior Thermal Insulation (ETI). Become a façade specialist with our professional module.
Our Qualit'ENR training centers
On our Qualit’ENR approved training platforms, you can aim for and obtain your QualiPV Elec (0-36kW), QualiPV HP (0-250kW), QualiPV Bat and QualiSol CESI (Individual Solar Water Heating) certification. These trainings are one of the supporting documents to provide in order to obtain your RGE number, allowing your end customers to obtain all the state aid.
