HERO
Heritage Ecological Renovation for inclusion Opportunities (HERO), is the result of
transnational cooperation within the framework of European Erasmus+ funding.
This project aims to improve the training of trainers in the built heritage restoration sector, specifically around the inclusion of vulnerable people and more environmentally friendly restoration.
Rénov’ Énergie Formation (REF)
Rénov’ Énergie Formation (REF)
The REF project aims to develop the training offer certifying for energy transition professions, in particular adapted to a public far from employment and training, as well as the needs in skills and recruitment of players in the sector.

Reach a professional level in the field of built heritage and eco-construction (BAO Formation has specialized in this training in the PACA region since 2005 by renovating many buildings. )

Safety on site
Professionalize yourself in the field of safety on the building site (compliance with regulations and development of prevention actions).
4 different training courses: scaffolding traffic, wearing a harness and scaffolder.
The energy transition
Integrate the basics of the energy transition! Since 2018, BAO Formation, in partnership with DualSun and Engie My Power, has developed training courses for the installation of photovoltaic panels.
5 different trainings: heat pump, photovoltaic, solar & thermal, insulation…
